Company Overview
SMD Group was founded in 2011 by Dato’ Jeffery Tan and partners. With it’s group of companies
each with specific purposes, SMD Group is set on becoming one of the key players in Malaysia’s
property development industry. At current, we have set our sight upon developing land, building
properties, as well as focuses on Industrial, Commercial and Residential Developments in Greater
Kuala Lumpur
Our company focuses on high quality deliveries. We believe that high quality developments
consists of innovation, practicality and affordability for our customers. These are our
benchmarks in every development project we embark on. We collaborate with various service
providers to ensure that we are able to deliver our promise to customers and stakeholders.
As a full-fledged property developer, our services include land purchasing, project management,
architecture and general contracting, construction development, and sales negotiations. Our
credibility as a property developer is affirmed as SMD Group is a member of the Real Estate and
Housing Developer’s Association (REDHA) Malaysia.
